| After this property suffered water damage, the client wanted a brand new kitchen installed. Light beige colours were chosen for the walls and V groove oak effect laminate was fitted after to complete the contemporary look. |

| Neglected fascias often rot, after replacing damaged sections, the entire external timber areas including windows were re-primed & undercoated and glossed using weathershield paint, producing a high a quality, long lasting finish. |

| Earlier stages of decking job described above. Here the frame has been built and the thick membrane that will stop unwanted green shoots coming through the decking has been laid. |

Damp proofing |
| |
| This property suffered from both rising damp and penetrating damp from the external walls. After injecting a damp proof course (DPC) the walls were tanked and layers of visqueen were installed under the insulation and board as a long lasting barrier to moisture ingress. |
